Role Overview

As a Project Associate, you will drive innovative projects to successful completion, work closely with cross‑functional teams, and apply project management skills to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions. You will help maintain high standards, ensure client satisfaction, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment with technical and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance by tracking milestones, schedules, and budgets; proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including technical proposals, implementation plans, test plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Enhance processes by evaluating and improving project management practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate to 1 year in project management, preferably in technology or infrastructure; experience in an AI- and software development‑centric environment is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with project management tools; familiarity with Gantt charts, WBS, and workflow diagrams; knowledge of LiDAR or digital twin tech is a plus; familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
