The role involves assisting our U.S.-based clients' customers with queries and providing accurate resolutions via call. Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer experience in line with performance objectives and core values.
  2. Convey interest and courtesy to customers, maintaining a friendly and caring image.
  3. Provide alternatives for products/items unavailable on the website.
  4. Follow standard processes and procedures for resolutions.
  5. Stay updated with system information, process changes, and future updates.
Qualifications
  • O Levels/Matriculation or above.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
