HR Executive / HR Operations / Recruitment / Employee Engagement / Team ManagementCinnova Technologies is seeking a well-presented, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and route calls appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Support the HR/Admin team with day-to-day operations as needed.
- Ensure all front desk duties are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–1.5 years of proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Punctual, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
