The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained at all times
  • Greet and welcome guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as necessary
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other items
  • Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring it is properly addressed and dispatched
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial management principles
