As a vital member of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join us in delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained at all times
- Greet and welcome guests, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as necessary
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other items
- Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring it is properly addressed and dispatched
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial management principles
