Front Desk Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to fill this critical role. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication within our organization and with valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the office efficiently.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department promptly.
  • Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area consistently.
  • Provide accurate information via phone, email, or in person professionally.
  • Manage office access through the front desk while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Perform various clerical duties such as filing and photocopying accurately.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role.
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Haven hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Display a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
  • Demonstrate resourceful and proactive issue handling skills.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Education:
  • A graduate degree; additional certification in Office Management is highly beneficial but not necessary.
