Job Description:

Job Title: Receiving Agent
Location: Gajumatta Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Logistics / Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Agent to join our warehouse/logistics team. The Receiving Agent will be responsible for verifying, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments, ensuring that all materials and products meet quality and quantity standards. This role is essential to maintaining an accurate inventory and efficient supply chain operations.

The tasks may include but not limited to:

Receive incoming shipments and verify items against purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and vendor invoices.

Unload goods from delivery vehicles and organize items as per category or PO.

Accurately scan items into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or manual logs as required.

Visually inspect incoming products for damage, quantity mismatch, or packaging issues.

Report inventory discrepancies and damages to the Inbound Executive immediately.

Tag or label items appropriately for identification and traceability.

Coordinate with Putaway Agents to ensure timely and efficient placement of goods.

Job Specification:

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Matric/Intermediate

Prior experience in warehouse receiving, logistics, or inventory handling is a plus.

Basic knowledge of WMS or inventory scanning tools (preferred).

Good physical stamina; able to lift packages (up to 20 kg) and operate in warehouse conditions.

Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.

Team-oriented with good communication skills.
