Position: Front-Sales Executive - Mobile App Domain

Job Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Experience: 2+ Years

Shift Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM ( Night )

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sales Consultations and Presentations: Conduct client consultations, needs assessments, and presentations to showcase how mobile app solutions align with their objectives.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals and collaborate with internal teams to create project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, handling objections and delivering solutions-oriented negotiations.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Building: Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: A verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in the mobile app or technology domain, with demonstrated success as a deal closer.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of mobile app technologies, including platform capabilities (iOS, Android, cross-platform) and how they align with client business goals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage leads, monitor progress, and report performance.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Capability to identify client pain points, suggest tailored app solutions, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
