InstaCare is seeking a Customer Success Team Lead to oversee client onboarding, product adoption, and technical support for CoreMedix HIMS Software. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer relationship management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Troubleshooting – Manage issue resolution, act as an escalation point, and conduct root-cause analysis.
Customer Onboarding & Implementation – Oversee onboarding, software setup, and configuration per client needs.
Training & Product Demos – Conduct product demos, training sessions, and update training materials.
Team Leadership & Management – Lead and mentor the customer success team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
Flexible Operations & Travel – Provide remote and on-site support, including travel as needed.
Technical Expertise & Configuration – Handle software installations, configurations, and networking setups.
Customer Relationship Management – Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and collect feedback for improvements.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in customer success, technical support, or client onboarding
Strong knowledge of HIMS/EMR software and IT troubleshooting
Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
