About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive – HR Strategy & Organizational Development to join our People & Culture team. This role is pivotal in supporting the restructuring of our HR framework, driving cultural transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with our strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Executive – HR and report directly to the Director – People & Culture. Together, this core team will lead the evolution of our human capital strategies, ensuring we foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Design & Culture Building:

  • Assist in restructuring the HR function and defining its roadmap.
  • Support initiatives to reshape the company's culture aligned with its mission and values.
  • Facilitate change management programs that promote a positive and agile work environment.

Policy & Framework Development:

  • Assist in crafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct gap analysis of current HR policies and SOPs to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Redesign job descriptions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

Compensation & Payroll Structure:

  • Support the redesign of compensation and payroll structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct job evaluations and analysis to develop and maintain job grading and pay scales.

Employee Engagement & Performance Culture:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.
  • Collaborate on performance management process improvements and culture-building activities.

HR Analytics & Strategy:

  • Perform job analysis and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Collect, analyze, and present HR data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of progressive experience in core HR functions, with a strong foundation in organizational development and strategic HR.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, policy design, job evaluation, and change management.
  • Experience in restructuring initiatives and cultural transformation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS/HRMS platforms, and reporting tools.
