Halo Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage our freelance Upwork profiles and generate high-quality leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically savvy, and capable of using data scraping techniques to extract valuable market insights to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Freelance Profile Management: Optimize and maintain our Upwork profiles to attract new clients.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies on LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Data Scraping: Utilize data scraping tools to gather market intelligence and compile lists of prospective leads.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH) and social media tools for lead sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Experience using data scraping tools or techniques (e.g., Python scripts, Octoparse, or similar).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting is a plus.
