Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for diverse BPO roles.
  • Utilize varied sourcing channels like job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate identification.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate seamless interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and offer market insights.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives for BPO industry recognition.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS or relevant tools.
  • Ensure recruitment aligns with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition for process enhancement.
  • Support smooth onboarding transition in collaboration with HR team.

Job Specification & Qualification:

  • 1+ years of TA experience
  • Shift: 12pm to 9:00pm
  • MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Analytical & Problem Solving skills
