Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's overall talent acquisition strategy.

  • Collect and analyze data to prepare payroll using our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain digital and physical records of employee data, including background checks, medical tests, vaccination records, and bank details.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition plan, focusing on recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and analyzing hiring metrics to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with management to establish performance management and employee evaluation systems, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of future personnel hiring procedures and goals, aligning with our company's overall vision and strategy.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or company size.
