About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and providing top talent for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates from niche platforms.
  • Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants' abilities.
  • Conduct interviews using various methods.
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Craft personalized recruiting emails with current job openings for passive candidates.
  • End-to-end recruitment responsibility.
  • New hire onboarding.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
  • Technical expertise with ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field.
