Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Manager to join our office team in Hyderabad, Sindh. The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, performance monitoring, and HR processes to ensure our staff operates effectively and in alignment with company goals. This role will require close supervision of team productivity, implementation of HR policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with employees.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
  • Enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain employee records.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Work with management to develop HR strategies that support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar HR-related role (required).
  • Must be based in Hyderabad, Sindh.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
