We're looking for someone who is well organised and has a strong aptitude for career growth.

Someone who will have hands-on experience in managing daily operations and demonstrate a strong aptitude for the following responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our delivery and logistics services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  2. Handle order processing, including taking orders, dispatching, and maintaining records of all transactions.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage office operations, including administrative and general office upkeep.
  5. Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure timely deliveries and maintain business relationships.
  6. Share your ideas based on insights you'll gain down the road, on how we can do things even better.

We're not picky about degrees of a particular subject or field—we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and skills.

Minimum Requirements
  1. A disciplined, organized person who knows how to prioritize and get things done.
  2. If you've got experience in operations, logistics, or managing a team, that's a plus.
  3. You should be comfortable communicating in both Urdu and English, whether it's in writing or speaking.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is important.
  5. Most importantly, we need someone who's proactive and a problem solver.

Location: PWD Housing Society, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000/- per month during probation, 50,000/- per month after probation.
