Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic IT Pre-Sales Executive with strong knowledge of modern IT solutions including AI, workflow automation, ERP/HRMS, and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for solving client problems by recommending smart, scalable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose suitable IT solutions.

Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demos.

Translate complex technical details into business benefits for clients.

Lead the pre-sales lifecycle from initial contact to solution demonstration and proposal.

Think creatively and strategically to address client-specific problems with innovative solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to design custom workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.

Support deal closure with a consultative approach.

Requirements:
Proven experience in IT pre-sales or business consulting (minimum 2-3 years).

Strong understanding of IT systems, AI-driven solutions, cloud services, and automation workflows.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to think out of the box and translate client pain points into actionable solutions.

Ability to build client trust, handle objections, and close deals.

Understanding of industry trends in AI, ERP, HRM, and SaaS platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of .NET technologies (especially Blazor), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

Experience with tools like CRM, proposal software, or project management platforms.

Exposure to chatbot, AI voice solutions, or business process automation.
