Job Title: Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Compensation: Earn 10% of the sales revenue you generate (No fixed salary)

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition. This is a 100% commission-based role, you'll earn 10% on overall monthly sale. The more you close, the more you earn.

1. You will receive 10% commission on the total sales revenue you generate for the company.

2. Commission will be calculated at the end of each month and paid accordingly.

3.Example: If you generate PKR 1,000,000 in sales, your commission will be PKR 100,000.

4.Your earnings depend entirely on your performance, the more you sell, the more you earn.

What You'll Do:

Work with leads provided by us, and also generate your own through:

> Facebook groups, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, local directories, cold outreach, etc.

> Engage with clients to understand their business needs

> Pitch suitable service packages professionally

> Coordinate with our internal team to develop proposals and pricing

> Follow up and close the deal

> Maintain a tracker for leads, meetings, and conversions

> Build long-term relationships for repeat business
