Position Title

Department Associate

Public Relations Officer

Main Role Assist in coordinating & managing departmental tasks. Develop and manage Public Relations through physical and electronic platforms.

Key Responsibilities – Assist Department Executives
– Manage day-to-day department affairs
– Maintain & organize Department Records
– Liaise between students, faculty, and administration
– Handle interdepartmental/intradepartmental affairs
– POC for all student-related activities – Design, develop and execute Public relation policies
– Harmonize department public image on all platforms
– Act as POC for public inquiries
– Design and run admission campaigns
– Manage content on social and print media
– Promote departmental activities, events & programs

Minimum Qualification FSc / Diploma in Health Sciences Bachelor's (preferably in Mass Communication or Marketing)

Required Skills – MS Office proficiency
– Time management and organization
– Effective communication skills
– Accurate record keeping
– Liaison skills
– Problem-solving mindset – Branding & outreach strategies
– Planning promotional campaigns
– Digital/print content creation
– Basic graphic design (Canva, Spark, etc.)
– Strong social media skills
– Excellent communication & detail-oriented

Experience 0–1 year
(Academic coordination/support preferred) 0–1 year
(Public relations/content creation preferred)

  • Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
