Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our evening shift team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new clients, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients (owner-operators, fleet owners, trucking companies).

Promote and sell dispatching services to prospects via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships to ensure client retention.

Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Collaborate with the dispatching and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or dispatching.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently during evening hours.

Familiarity with the U.S. trucking market is a plus.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Working Hours:

Office-based role at our Lahore location.
