We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Client Relations Executive to act as the face of Maqsad Institute, managing walk-in and online inquiries, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with course details and institute offerings
  • Answer phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
  • Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication
  • Maintain follow-up with interested students via calls/messages
Job Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Client Relations Executive to act as the face of Maqsad Institute, managing walk-in and online inquiries, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction & Sales:
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with course details and institute offerings
  • Answer phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
  • Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication
  • Maintain follow-up with interested students via calls/messages
Administrative Coordination:
  • Maintain and update class schedules in coordination with trainers
  • Ensure classrooms and facilities are ready before sessions
  • Manage student registration, attendance records, and feedback forms
  • Coordinate with trainers regarding availability, sessions, and material
Operational Support:
  • Handle routine office tasks like printing, filing, and inventory checks
  • Collaborate with marketing team for content updates or upcoming sessions
  • Ensure the institute environment is clean, welcoming, and organized
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication (Urdu & basic English)
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confident personality with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience in educational institutes, sales, or customer service roles
  • Passion for learning and a positive attitude towards clients
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
