Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the successful candidate, you will oversee all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage administrative staff including receptionists and office assistants
  • Oversight of office operations and procedures, including scheduling, filing systems, and inventory management
  • Coordinate office activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and external parties on behalf of the organization
  • Assist with human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure that all office procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in budget management is advantageous
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
