
Office Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the successful candidate, you will oversee all administrative tasks within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage administrative staff including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversight of office operations and procedures, including scheduling, filing systems, and inventory management
- Coordinate office activities such as meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and external parties on behalf of the organization
- Assist with human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records
- Ensure that all office procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Experience in budget management is advantageous
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
