
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the fintech space.
Analyze market demands and align business strategies accordingly. - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other fintech players.
Identify client pain points and present tailored fintech solutions to meet their needs. - Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients.
Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, specifically in the fintech sector. Strong network within the financial services industry.
- Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, fintech software, and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of financial products, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks. - Attributes:
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to adapt to evolving technology and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced certification in Sales, Finance, or Fintech.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI, or digital wallets.
