Finance & Admin Coordinator

Provides financial information to management by analyzing accounting data and preparing reports of different business units. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting reports. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guides accounting clerical staff to fulfill the desired reports. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing database backups. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends of all subsidiaries. Ensures that every business unit of the company is doing proper financial reporting.

Job Specification

Having very good communication across the board.

Advanced level accounting and financial skills to monitor day-to-day performance of all business units.

Able to report directly to the Head of Department about any financial and accounting discrepancies in day-to-day reporting.

Good knowledge of cost accounting.

Ability to train staff of business units on accurate financial reporting.

Ability to get the job done with minimal supervision (Self-Starter).

Very efficient in Excel.

Good skill in report writing.

Good knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Previous experience in the food and garments business is a huge plus.

Added skills: Social Media and E-commerce.

Good knowledge of computer, Excel, PowerPoint.
