Job Description:

We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our growing team. We are a small but rapidly growing company with a friendly but focused team.

Positions: eBay, E-commerce, Other Selling Platforms - Web Admin- Accountant website developers PART-TIME / FULL-TIME

All training will be provided.

Experience: Working with Amazon & eBay is preferred, but basic knowledge about browsing is optional.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent spoken and written English required.
  2. Experience of Adobe Photoshop or any other photo-editing tools is optional.

Job Description Summary:

Creating and managing product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other online sales channels. You will be responsible for customer service queries via e-mail or phone regarding products and orders. You will also undertake new stock entry and maintain accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Taking professional pictures of products, editing, and uploading on eBay/Amazon/Company website.
  2. Ensuring all products are clearly listed with features, benefits, and detailed descriptions for each item.
  3. Reviewing product listings and amending detailed descriptions as necessary.
  4. Replying to customer queries.
  5. Printing posting labels and keeping track of records.
  6. Conducting regular price checks to ensure our prices remain competitive.
  7. Researching and responding to competitor activity/pricing to protect/enhance market share.
  8. Keeping each marketplace updated with all the latest products and promotions.
  9. Managing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.

Job Specification:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

  1. Great attention to detail is an absolute must
  2. Basic-Advanced Photoshop or any other photo-editing skills.
  3. Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  4. Proficient in MS Excel.
  5. Competent use of Word/Excel/Internet.
  6. Understanding of online sales strategies.
  7. Good customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, managing your own workload and time effectively.

  3. Good time management skills
