Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key point of contact for all Sales Operations related aspects, you will be responsible for delivering set objectives/targets within assigned geographical areas.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the assigned area
  • Develop and implement a field sales plan for the assigned area
  • Effectively manage distributors, customers, and their operations
  • Channel Category Plans:
  • Execute the Channel Category plans at the Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets as per channel and category prioritization
  • Provide quality and on-time information
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies
  • Promote continuous improvement using the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology

What makes you successful?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field
  • 2-3 years of field sales and key account management experience, preferably in Out of Home Channels
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter approach, integrity, and demonstrated ability to lead and develop oneself and a high-performing team
  • Understanding of all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer Relationship, Distribution Handling, and B2B Sales
  • Prior experience managing a field sales team

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth would be highly desirable.
