Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage catering events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with teams to design menus that meet client needs, budgets, and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Oversee logistics including food preparation, delivery, setup, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the catering and events sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote catering services & event management through campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets by expanding corporate, wedding, and private event catering portfolios.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in catering, event management (minimum 8–10 years).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
