Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and a knack for closing deals? Grab Tech Solutions is expanding its team and we're looking for a Business Development Executive to take charge of lead generation and client acquisition in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
You'll be responsible for reaching out to doctors, hospitals, and clinics across the U.S. and helping them streamline their revenue cycle by introducing our end-to-end RCM services including:
- Medical Billing
- Claims Submission
- AR Follow-ups
- Credentialing
- Denial Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and reach out to new leads in the healthcare sector (calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.)
- Present our RCM solutions and build long-term client relationships
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and demos with potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, billing, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare/RCM sales or U.S. medical billing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident with outbound calling and closing deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems is a big plus
