We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team as an Upwork Bidding Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record on freelance platforms, and is eager to make an impact by bringing in exciting international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactively identify and evaluate daily project opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms.
  2. Craft customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client needs.
  3. Communicate professionally and promptly with international clients to understand their requirements and build trust.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and project strategies.
  5. Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and successfully close deals.
  6. Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  7. Meet and exceed monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition.
  8. Explore and expand lead generation channels on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
  9. Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and freelance business development.
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interactions.
  3. Strong ability to write tailored, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
  4. Solid understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX Design, SEO, etc.).
  5. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  6. Capable of managing multiple bids and priorities simultaneously.
  7. A proactive, self-motivated team player with a professional and client-focused approach.
  8. Proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets consistently.
