Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled Upwork/Fiverr Bidding Specialist to join our team. As a Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for bidding on projects, managing proposals, and achieving targeted goals on freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork/Fiverr, ensuring high-quality proposals and competitive pricing.
- Manage and optimize bidding strategies to achieve set targets and maximize success rates.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client requirements and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly bidding targets.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork/Fiverr, preferably in Virtual Administration & Assistance related roles.
- Proven track record of successful bidding and project delivery.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Strong understanding of client needs and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Upwork/Fiverr platforms and other relevant tools.

Qualifications:
- A-Levels or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
