Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
  • Should have expertise in creating efficient and effective RESTful APIs in Python, along with a solid understanding of CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and optimize algorithms for machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI domains.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of AI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient AI pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to AI models and systems.
  • Document AI processes, models, and systems for transparency and reproducibility.
  • Participate in the entire AI development lifecycle, including data collection, model training, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI engineers.
