Working Hours:09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Salary:PKR 40,000 to 50,000/month + 5%–15% Commission on Successful Sales

About the Role

TechXaro Pvt Ltd is actively looking for aproactive, results-driven Upwork Bidderto join our business development team. This role is ideal for candidates with1–2 years of sales or bidding experience, especially those who have worked on platforms likeUpwork, with a focus ondigital marketing,web development, andcontent writingprojects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and target leads specifically in the areas of digital marketing, web development, and content writing.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles onUpworkand ensure a consistent pipeline of industry-specific opportunities.
  • Craft and submithighly customized, industry-relevant proposalsthat clearly showcase the value of our services.
  • Handleinbound leadsand engage inoutbound bidding, with a focus on digital services.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver focused presentations, and successfullyclose deals in the relevant domains.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and bidding KPIs, especially within digital marketing, web, and content segments.
  • Continuously researchindustry trends, competitor offerings, and buyer behavior in the digital space to adapt bidding strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in biddingor business development, preferably with Upwork.
  • Proven experience in acquiring projects related todigital marketing, web development, andcontent writing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for proposal writing and client interaction.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Base Salary:PKR 40,000 to 50,000/month
  • Commission:5%–15% on successful sales
  • Growth-oriented and collaborative work culture
