Job Description- Make outbound calls to promote and sell the product/service
- Correspond with customers, track, and resolve any issues regarding product/service
- Ensure continuous customer follow-up
- Handle customer needs and requirements
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
- Identify rapport-building opportunities
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales conversion benchmarks
- Stay alert to upselling opportunities
- O Levels/Matric or above
