Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development:
- Assist in designing and implementing strategies and programs to promote organizational development.
- Assess organizational needs and develop interventions to drive cultural change.
- Help formulate and design departmental and individual KPIs to measure and enhance performance.
- Diversity and Inclusion:
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives in collaboration with leaders.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on diversity and inclusion matters.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs on diversity, unconscious bias, and inclusion.

- Employee Support and Training:

- Evaluation and Reporting:

- Prepare reports and presentations on the effectiveness of programs and interventions.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational development, diversity, inclusion, and performance management.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development, diversity, and performance management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cultural change, diversity, inclusion, and performance management best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
