
People & Performance Manager

As AimFit expands rapidly across Pakistan, we're looking for a People & Performance Manager who can manage the entire employee lifecycle across instructor and central teams, while embedding strong analytical thinking into our team strategy.
This is not a traditional HR role.
We're looking for someone who can think like a business leader but act like a culture-builder.
You will oversee our instructor talent ecosystem—including talent performance, centralised training pathways, and branch talent alignment—while also managing central HR operations and working closely with our finance team to track the ROI on talent decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructor Talent Management
* Oversee and support the Instructor Talent Manager in:
* Talent acquisition and onboarding of new instructors
* Deployment of AimFit-specific training (tailored per instructor)
* Managing instructor performance, attrition, and career growth
* Analysing instructor performance via their contributions to each business and platform. Use data to analyze instructor performance vs. revenue and class attendance
* Drive smart talent deployment decisions across branches based on insights
Training Oversight
* Strategically oversee AimFit's instructor training calendar and pathways + Ongoing development programs with international master trainers
* Coordinate with the online training and production team to enhance training content and delivery
* Expand training portfolio as AimFit scales, including new training modules and certifications
Central Team HR Operations
* Directly manage end-to-end HR operations for the central team (marketing, operations, tech, sales, etc.)
* Hiring & onboarding + Payroll processing with Finance
* Performance appraisal + regular feedback cycles
* Leave management, benefits, and policy implementation
* Act as the sole HR point of contact for the central team (no junior HR resource)
Finance Reporting & Analytical Oversight
* Work closely with Finance Executive to:
* Analyze salary-to-revenue ratios per branch
* Inform hiring and team structuring decisions based on cost-effectiveness
* Forecast future talent needs aligned with expansion
Job Requirements:
* A strategic generalist with 5–7 years of experience, ideally in fast-paced or growing organisations
* Comfortable owning both people culture and performance numbers
* Analytical mindset: comfortable working with numbers, ratios, and performance reports
* Excellent communicator and people manager
* Passionate about fitness, learning, and building high-performing cultures
* Hands-on, proactive, and not dependent on a large HR team to get things done
* Experience working with instructional or creative talent (trainers, teachers, creators, etc.)
* Familiarity with HR tools like Notion, G-Suite, OKRs or performance dashboards
* Background in people analytics or org development a plus
