Job Description:

  1. Assist in the preliminary sourcing of repair vendors for parts supported under SIAEC's ITM programs. Assist the executive in evaluating repair vendor quotes received during various repair sourcing exercises and provide recommendations for approval.
  2. Support repair vendor sourcing activities for both ITM programs and third-party hangar checks.
  3. Follow up with quality assurance on vendor evaluation and approval into the SIAEC vendor listing.
  4. Monitor the approved repair vendor listing to maintain an up-to-date vendor network.
  5. Maintain the preferred vendor listing to facilitate repair order creation and update outhouse maintenance contracts in SAP.
  6. Support the executive in generating data necessary for management reporting.

Requirements:

  1. Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering field.
  2. Experience in Repair Management, vendor sourcing, or Inventory Technical Management in the aviation industry is advantageous.
  3. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience; aviation industry experience preferred.
  4. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  5. Good communication and writing skills.
  6. Ability to think analytically.
  7. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau are advantageous.
