Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant, located in Islamabad. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. The Accountant will also prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and support budget preparation and forecasting. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining accurate financial records are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
  • Experience in the investment or finance industry is a plus
