Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Islamabad. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, producing financial reports, conducting audits, reconciling accounts, and preparing tax returns. Additional duties include budget planning, cost control, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role necessitates detailed record-keeping and effective communication with various departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax preparation
  • Experience with budget planning, cost control, and audits
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Ability to work independently within tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in the food industry is an advantage
