Looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Senior resource to lead our company's efforts in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to drive the company's talent agenda forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the company's current and future staffing needs.
  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final selections.
  3. Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that reflect the company's values and goals.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pipelines.
  6. Design and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain top performers.
  7. Create career development frameworks, succession plans, and learning opportunities to foster employee growth.
  8. Conduct periodic performance reviews to assess skills gaps, performance trends, and development opportunities.
  9. Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to continually enhance the company's programs.
  11. Provide regular reports and insights on talent metrics, hiring trends, and retention rates to inform decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree & Certification in HR is preferred.
  2. Proven experience (10-12 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven talent decisions.
  5. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technologies.
