
Front Desk Officer

Job Description: The position holder is responsible for supporting office operations and acting as the first point of contact for customers and clients. They will ensure that the floor is well managed and properly maintained. This role requires a reliable and proactive individual who can own responsibilities and provide necessary support to staff members for smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Officer shall have the following responsibilities:
- Providing the best internal & external guest experience:
- To provide the best possible front-end floor experience to all employees, visitors, clients & guests, ensuring the projection of a professional image of the company.
- General Administration:
- Management of protocols
- Supervision of housekeeping tasks
- Courier management
- In-house meetings & events management
- Continuous coordination with concerned departments
- Reporting 15 minutes before staff members' arrival
Inventory & Record Maintaining:
- Maintaining attendance sheets of support staff
- Maintaining stock issuance records
- Maintaining Genset and electric meter sheets
- Maintaining Qarshi water supply sheets
- Daily headcount sheets
- Floor equipment management
- Maintaining guest/visitor sheets
- Maintaining dispatch sheets
- Gate passes records / incoming postage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients
- Proficiency in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment including phones and printers
- Ability to perform office tasks such as filing and organizing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
