Job Summary

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will support the business development team in generating leads, managing client communications, and identifying new market opportunities. This role offers significant learning and career growth potential for candidates passionate about technology and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities and market segments.
  • Support senior team members in lead generation and sales pipeline development.
  • Assist in client outreach via emails, calls, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with client and lead data.
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, presentations, and business plans.
  • Monitor trends in the software and digital marketing industry to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, lead generation tools, and basic sales processes.
  • Interest in technology, digital services, and global business trends.e
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Must have:

  • 1+ years of business development experience
