Position: Employee Engagement & HR Coordinator

Location: Paragon City, Lahore

The Role:

We're looking for an energetic and people-focused Employee Engagement & HR Coordinator to lead our internal culture efforts. From planning fun activities to fostering team spirit, you'll be the go-to person for making Rendream a great place to work.

What You'll Do:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for employee coordination
  2. Plan and lead team-building events, wellness activities, and social gatherings
  3. Drive employee engagement strategies and keep everyone motivated
  4. Promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and innovation
  5. Communicate upcoming activities and HR updates clearly
  6. Collect feedback and improve engagement initiatives
  7. Proactively engage with teams to align activities with company values
  8. Coordinate quarterly evaluations and help map out career growth plans
  9. Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure a great first impression
  10. Facilitate positive and constructive exit interviews
  11. Support company-wide learning sessions and development programs
  12. Organize employee appreciation events such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and more
  13. Assist the HR Manager with official meetings and documentation
