Responsibilities
  1. Manage communication with clients and virtual assistants, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules.
  3. Conduct regular status meetings with clients and virtual assistants to ensure project progress.
  4. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
  5. Manage and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  6. Facilitate communication between clients and virtual assistants to ensure project requirements are met.
  7. Manage and maintain project files and documentation.
  8. Manage and oversee the quality of work produced by virtual assistants.
  9. Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements.
  10. Conduct regular project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with virtual assistants.
  12. Provide feedback and coaching to virtual assistants to help them improve their performance.
  13. Identify opportunities for virtual assistants to develop new skills and grow their careers.
  14. Collaborate with the Training Academy to identify training needs for virtual assistants.
  15. Develop and maintain project templates and tools to streamline project management.
  16. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
  17. Ensure that virtual assistants adhere to company policies and procedures.
  18. Monitor and manage virtual assistants' time and attendance.
  19. Conduct regular project reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
  20. Manage and resolve client complaints and concerns.
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues or concerns.
