Job Title: Career Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Career Coordinator. In this position, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution and management of our projects.

About the Role:

  • As a Career Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities, managing schedules, handling communication between stakeholders, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • You will work closely with different teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders, providing clear and consistent communication across all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  2. Communication and Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  3. Task Management: Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively working with relevant teams to address and resolve them.
  6. Quality Control: Monitor the progress and quality of the work being produced by different teams, ensuring that deliverables meet the company's standards.
  7. Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
