About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring seamless project execution and management, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
  • Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, team members, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all parties involved.
  • Task Management: Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring all activities are on track and completed on time, providing support in organizing, assigning, and prioritizing tasks as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes, and provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and successes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management) is an asset.
