Job Summary:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and global business? We're seeking a dynamic Lead Generation to convert warm inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers. You'll be at the forefront of our growth, helping prospects understand the value of our AI-powered solutions and guiding them toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, track, and maintain an up-to-date database of leads and prospects
  • Initiate outbound calls and follow-ups to generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Execute direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Write and send customized proposals through freelancing sites like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Bark, Clutch, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and maintain CRM systems or lead tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule discovery and sales calls
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Provide regular performance reports and feedback to management
  • Develop a strong understanding of Stridesol's products and services to effectively communicate value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in international or inbound sales
  • Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the accounting or IT sector
  • Hands-on experience using freelancing platforms for lead sourcing and proposal writing
  • Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Up to 100,00/-
  • 3% Commission (USD)

  • Monday-Friday 10 p.m. to 07 a.m.
