We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The SQA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all software products and systems meet company standards and client expectations. You will be involved in all phases of the development process to identify, document, and track bugs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly.
  • Work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure software quality.
  • Perform regression, performance, functional, integration, and usability testing.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input from a QA perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Analyze user requirements and technical specifications for testability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SQA Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
