Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to help us maintain the quality of our software applications. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance.
You will also be required to identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team. To ensure success as an SQA Engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in testing fintech applications.
- Experience with unit and Integration Testing.
- Able to create a design testing plan for the application.
- Familiarity with GitLab/Jira bug creation and reporting.
- Experience with API testing using Swagger/Postman.
- Understanding of automation testing using Selenium, NUnit, XUnit, Cyprus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a sense of ownership and is proactive in advancing our automation capabilities and process.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with the SQA team and software design team to discuss verification protocols. You will identify software application weaknesses and target areas, participate in creating automated software test procedures, review software bug reports, and highlight problem areas.
