We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Officer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer networks and related computing environments.

They will perform disaster recovery operations and data backups when required, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, and maintain virus protection software and email applications.

Additionally, the IT Support Officer will coordinate computer network access and use, install and configure computer hardware and software, and monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

As a key member of the team, the IT Support Officer will provide technical support across the company.

To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry is also required.

Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019; Switches, Routers, NAS and firewalls.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to adapt quickly to new technologies and challenges.
