We are hiring QA Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, monitoring processes, and identifying areas of improvement to enhance overall performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct random + targeted sampling for smart auditing.
  • Perform daily recording & CRM reviews for ongoing monitoring.
  • Provide timely feedback within 48 hours.
  • Instantly flag critical issues and escalate in real-time.
  • Prepare daily reports on fresh leads.
  • Review calls and text messages for quality compliance.
  • Identify errors and highlight process gaps.
  • Support calibration sessions and process optimization.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Customer Support – Spanish & English

We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat inquiries in Spanish and English
  • Assist customers with booking appointments, rescheduling, and follow-ups
  • Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions
  • Record customer details and update CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24)
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth communication
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and reminders
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or clinic/healthcare industry preferred
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge (Bitrix24 experience is a plus)
  • Positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude
