The job responsibilities include:

  1. Driving incremental orders, ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger partnerships.
  2. Managing relationships with GMV Class A & B Vendors to optimize business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
  3. Training restaurant staff, collaborating with operations and owners to improve menu displays, sharing reports, and working with marketing to create promotions and optimize performance.
  4. Implementing new value-added initiatives and proactively finding solutions, such as exclusive partnerships with key accounts.
  5. Ensuring DL Photography of top key accounts.
  6. Handling deal acquisitions for campaigns.
  7. Monitoring logistics performance regularly.
  8. Reducing issue and fail rates.
  9. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop plans, and manage projects, risks, and issues.
  10. Supporting cross-functional teams in strategy execution and communication.
  11. Reporting progress to management.
  12. Performing additional tasks as needed.

About The Opportunity

Same as above, focusing on driving orders, managing vendor relationships, training staff, and campaign management.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1.5 years of account directorship experience.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Presentation and business review skills.
  • Knowledge of food industry and operational costings.
